The AppFolio Owner Portal is the preferred method for submitting maintenance requests. Using AppFolio allows your request to be properly documented, tracked, and updated throughout the maintenance process.
If you are unable to submit your request through AppFolio, please complete the Maintenance Request Form using the link below and email the completed form, along with any applicable photos or supporting documentation, to customerservice@laperlapm.org.
